Educational Workshops
Educational workshops are designed to engage with hands-on skills, knowledge and experience-building in the natural world, and are geared to students 5 and older.
Workshops can be tailored to accommodate various settings (from a parking lot, playground or classroom ) as well as STEM curiculums. They can be designed to incorporate any or all components of my Primitive Survival Skills 101 class, with sessions lasting from one hour to two days, including an overnight if desired.
For schools seeking an authentic outdoor environment, workshops can be held at the Scheier Natural Area or Pleasant Grove Park in Fluvanna County, Virginia, or a site of your choice.
